Newsletters have long been used by dentists to keep in touch with their patients.  While it is true that you need to keep in touch with your patients, it is not true that you can send them anything.

You are busy as a doctor.  That makes it tempting to want to buy a canned newsletter from someone, but is that the best way to do it?  Do your patients want a canned newsletter that you didn't write?
